Instructions to install HMP on vanilla CentOS 6.5 64-bit VM system (2.6.32-431.el6.x86_64) and to run the aohtest application as non-root. ('##' denotes a comment.)

[root@localhost ~]$ yum groupinstall “Development Tools”
[root@localhost ~]$ yum install glibc.i686
[root@localhost ~]$ chmod 555 /<path to installation package>/pikahmp-3.0.11-linux-installer ## OPTIONAL – just to make sure package is executable
[root@localhost ~]$ /<path to installation package>/pikahmp-3.0.11-linux-installer

...

[root@localhost ~]$ chmod 777 /var/log/pika ## or use chown to change the ownership of the folder
[root@localhost ~]$ chmod 777 /etc/pika ## or use chown to change the ownership of the folder
[root@localhost ~]$ setcap CAP_NET_RAW+ep /usr/bin/aohtest
[root@localhost ~]$ exit ## To exit root
[jgonzalez@localhost ~]$ aohtest ## sip will start without any issues as the aohtest binary is allow to use RAW sockets.
