On Warp v2, to change the character set (default language) on Warp to for example:

ISO-8859-1 Latin alphabet No.1 (1987)

characters for western European languages

To do this on WARP you need to do the following

Code:
#> apt-get install locales
#> vim /etc/locale.gen <---- Search for en_US ISO-8859-1 and uncomment it
#> /usr/sbin/locale-gen
#> /usr/sbin/update-locale --no-checks LANG="en_US ISO-8859-1"
#> reboot

FreePBX does this in the background but only when the the language support option is enabled on the FreeBPX Add ons page.
