Mapping VoIP channels to SoftPhone users

Hi,

Is it possible to fix particular VoIP channel to the Soft-Phone user. For Example : We have a Soft-Phone user with name "ABC", right now whenever Pika receives a Incoming call it allocates a VoIP channel randomly. We didn't want that, we want to allocate the channel manually whenever VoIP call is received on Pika Card. Currently we are using PIKA 2.7 version.

Hi Manish,

Can you post your existing 'pikagp_aoh.cfg' configuration? If using Windows this file can usually be located in 'C:\Program Files\PIKA\Grandprix\conf'.
