I was just wondering if anyone has tried Tropo with Warp?

I have just started to look at it but it appears promising. Tropo is basically being hosted services with a programming interface. https://www.tropo.com/home.jsp

My real goal is to try and use this to provide TTS services on a Warp. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this technology before I embark.
