HI,
Can anyone tell me if they have any experience of interfacting a Nortel CS1k switch with Genesys using analog PIKA boards?
I have a customer who wants to use extension based routing but doesnt have digital handsets, instead they want to use analog and interface with a PIKA board.

any information would be greatly appreciated.
