Could some one help me with how to use speech recognition engine in an IVR application. Say the user is prompted to use voice to make a choice.... the speech detection is enabled on the channel. As soon as speech is detected ... channel record starts ... this recording needs to be sent to a speech recognition engine and result used for further processing... please advice just how to do this.....
Also if some one could suggest the best choice of a speech recognition software
