outgoing call problem

hello every body,

yesterday I used Asterisk GUI 2.2 it is very easy but outgoing calling not work ,Although incomming calling work
I change to Asterisk GUI 2.1 but outgoing call still not work
any one can help me

1) What did you configure your trunk as? voip? fxo?

2) What did you configure your Outbound Calling Rules?

3) What did you your class of service?

4) What type of User Extensions did you configure?

the outgoing call work now
but there is aproblem with call queue,it is not work

Strategy: Ring All
Leave When Empty: Yes
Join Empty: No
Agents: 6002 (6002)
6003 (6003)

I think u need a VOIP trunk services for outgoing calls problems.
