Bug report - Language/Localization failes due to invalid BusyBox option

Whilst playing around with the GUI2 I ran into the following issue:

Changing the language does not work. It seems the download/extraction fails due to the following invalid option:

tar: short read
wget: short write
Connecting to downloads.digium.com (76.164.171.227:80)
gzip: invalid option -- d
BusyBox v1.10.3 (2008-12-03 09:27:03 EST) multi-call binary

Usage: gzip [OPTION]... [FILE]...

[VirTERM]
