How to forward a call and reponse with keypress

Hi Thomas,

If using FreePBX then Call Forward needs to be installed. This can be done through the 'Admin' tab by selecting 'Module Admin'. Then check the 'Basic' and 'Extended' repositories and 'Check Online'. Afterwards you should find the option of a 'Call Forward' module to download and install then the Process button.
