Error executing svn checkout of asterisk-gui in make

I just tried to do a make for PADS 1.0.2.8 and I get this error when it gets to the asterisk-gui:

svn co -r 2538 http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk-gui/branches/aadk/ /root/build_warp/PADS_1.0.2.8/dl/asterisk-gui
svn: REPORT request failed on '/svn/asterisk-gui/!svn/bc/3671/branches/aadk'
svn: '/svn/asterisk-gui/!svn/bc/3671/branches/aadk' path not found
make: *** [/root/build_warp/PADS_1.0.2.8/dl/asterisk-gui] Error 1


Is there an error in the make script?
